Questions
- Do you take a commission on my sales?
- Never. You pay one flat subscription fee and keep 100% of every sale — we don't touch your customers' payments.
- How do the 12 and 24-month terms work?
- Same plan and features — committing to a longer term lowers your per-month price (12 months saves 40%, 24 months saves 50% versus paying month to month). You're billed once up front for the whole term.
- Is Free really free?
- Yes. The Free plan has no time limit, no credit card, and no product cap — list as much as you like. Upgrade only when you want online payments, your own domain, or to drop the platform badge.
- Can I switch or cancel anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated automatically. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like.
- What happens if I downgrade?
- Nothing is ever deleted — products are unlimited on every plan, so your catalogue is never affected. If you're over the new plan's staff-seat or storage limit, you just can't invite new staff or upload new images until you're back under it; everything you already have keeps working and comes back in full the moment you upgrade again.
